It is a community project, recognized nationally under the "Main Street Program". Following the lead of Venture Lititz, the group of enthusiastic volunteers, local businesses and organizations have combined their efforts to make Lititz the major tourist destination it is. Dozens of unique events happen here on a regular basis, including Fire & Ice, Taste of Lititz, July 4th, Lititz Outdoor Fine Art Show, Chocolate Walk, Pretzel Fest and others. Every second Friday of the month the downtown shops keep their doors open late. Live music in summer and dazzling lights and decorations in December make it an unforgettable experience.
